How do I get it across to out of state employers that I am willing to relocate?|167810

I am currently in the job hunt and I am looking on the east coast, I live in Ohio. I have sent numerous resumes to various employers on the East Coast I do not hear from them. Anyone?

Put in your cover letter that you are planning on relocating. Not that you are willing to relocate. Makes you look more definite.

And, unfortunately, you may have to move first.

Did you tell them you would be glad to relocate? and probably they don_t want to foot the bill to move someone that hasn_t had the chance to prove their worth to them.
