Any hotels in Clearwater Florida that will check in 18 year olds?|180211

I am paying for my son and a few of his friends to go to clearwater florida for a spring trip vacation. Because I am not going along with them they will need to check into the hotel on their own and they are only 18 years old. Most of the hotels i have called only rent rooms to adults 21 and older. Does anyone no of any hotels that allow 18 year olds to check in?

It_s the postcard that Jesse_s friend gives him in Free Willy. It has two girls on rollerskates in bikinis, each holding a leg in the air, and it says _Venice Beach_ in big white writing.
