What do I do when I print the tickets for the greyhound?|148507

I_m boarding the greyhound soon and I chose to print out the tickets at home. Are the tickets my real tickets or do i have to exchange them for real tickets. Any tips for the greyhound would also be nice. Thank you so much for your time!

  • I don_t understand how you printed out tickets at home. Greyhound does not offer that option. You can ORDER the tickets on line...then they will mail them to you or you can pick them up at the ticket window when you go to the station. According to the site below and to my experience also, you cannot _print out_ the tickets at home. Maybe they offer that option in cetain locations...but not on their national website.

  • Exchanging them: fine idea
  • What do I need to change when moving to another state?|159898

    Hello
I am planning on moving to Naples Florida later in 2009. I currently live in Indiana and was wondering what do I have to change when I get there. I figured my license, insurance, plates. I know I am forgetting a lot of thing. What else?

  • Driver_s license, plates, and insurance have to be done. But you_ll want to get the change of address card at the post office (where they usually have coupons on moving stuff). You_ll want to change the address for all your mail (credit cards, magazines, etc.)

You will need to prearrange with your current utilities a shut off date and your new utilities a turn on date. Plus if you currently lease an apartment, check the lease for the time requirements to notify your landlord of the move in case it states it automatically renews without notice. Also check online for a new place.

You most likely will be able to keep your cell phone company and number. I know lots of people, myself included, whose cell phone numbers don_t match the state they_re in (and since a lot of people don_t pay for long distance calls, it_s really a non-issue). If you bank with a large bank that has branches where you are and at the new place, no need to change banks. Otherwise, with direct deposit, you may not even need to change banks, if you like your current bank.

  • You will need to fill out a change of address at the post office. Also, notify your credit card companies of your change of address. Notify the phone and utility companies when to stop service...also cable and internet services. Got to your doctor and dentist offices and sign a permission slip so that when you get a new doctor and dentist after moving, the new docs can send for copies of your records. You will need to close or transfer your bank accounts. Need to change your cell phone service too.
  • If I am a college student in the US, what should I enter as my occupation and employer?|159417

I was thinking I could leave them blank, put Student as occupation and my university as employer, or I could put Not Applicable.

  • Just say you are a student at ____ University. Otherwise put N/A. Especially if it is some kind of legal form where you could get in trouble for putting down mis-information-- even if you did it unintentionally.

  • Your occupation is student, but you do NOT work for the university (you pay them, not the other way around).

    Employer is _N/A_
