Im traveling to Atlanta from Midwest in February, what is the typical dress for business casual?|132202

I am attending a conference in downtown Atlanta the first week in February. We usually dress business casual at these conferences but I_ve never been to Atlanta and am unsure of what _business casual_ is in Atlanta. Also, what will the weather be?

  • Business casual usually equals slacks and a nice shirt. No cleavage. You can also go with a nice knee length black skirt and nice blouse.
    without a suit jacket.

As for the weather. Usually in the winter is when we get all of our rain...and February is pretty chilly.
Check out this website for our averages.

  • What is the weather usually like the beginning of March?|155402

We are taking our usual family vacation to Disney, Universal and Sea World this March 6th - 15th. Last year we went the beginning of April. Will there be much difference in the weather?
Can anyone also tell me how the pirate rooms are at the Caribbean Beach resort. Thanks!

  • I was looking into these rooms and ran accross a really great review with tons of pictures (both of the resort and the pirate rooms). They look like they would be fun.

Here is another site for weather. You enter the location and date and it will give you values for a particular date (ex. Marche 6, 2009) as well as the historical averages.

  • We_ve never stayed at the Caribbean Beach resort, so I can_t help you there. As for the weather...we have found the site that I included quite accurate _ helpful. Have Fun!

  • it_s going to be expensive, can_t really help you there. Unless you really want to slum it of course. As far as the location of your hotel, stay somewhere near midtown, doesn_t matter how close you are to either of those spots. Don_t be afraid to use the subway to get around when you get here, it is inexpensive and best way to get to the sites. Also bring your walking shoes, lots to see here.

  • NYC is Great! I suggest you to go to the Rockefeller Center. It is really cool and fun to be in there, you would enjoy the shops, ice skating rink, museums, and the city itself. I also would suggest you to visit Time Square, and Broadway Theater. There are awesome areas and places in New York City. You will love it! Enjoy!

  • OMG... visit the toy r us... no matter how old you are.... its huge... you can do some serious shopping... oh and definitely see times square. I went there for new years... up front cuz my dad is a police man..=] I saw tila taquila during her masquerade party thing, and rihanna, and those other people on her show... Its amazing there... Try to see a roadway play if you can...

  • How does someone from Canada apply for a job at Disney World?|146807

I have been to the basic careers site but it says to come in person and I obviously can not do that. Is there an email address or another site?
Furthermore, does anyone know if its hard to get a job at Disney World if your from out of Country?

  • first your going to need a work visa to get a job in the US. For an hourly job you will need to live in the area of WDW and go to the casting office to apply for a position. If you have a college degree and your applying for a non hourly position there will be a link with each job to submit your resume. Click on the job your interested in and it will give you a complete description, what qualifications are required, what qualifications are desired and a link to apply. But again you will need a work visa to come here to work and Disney generally doesn_t pay for someone to relocate. Your best bet again is to live in the area. There is also a job hot-line you can call listed on the careers website, you might give them a call.

Another thing you can possible look into is the college program if your in college and at EPCOT each of the World Showcase Pavilions is staffed by cast members from that country, there is a Canada pavilion so you might look into a position there, they may and probably do help with the visas for these positions.

  • Honestly, I believe you have to come go to the casting building in Orlando for an interview. I would do what anyone would do when applying for any job that is not in your immediate area. Send them your resume and then call them to set up an interview. The truth of the matter is, you probably will have to travel to Orlando at some point.
  • Is there a bus that would take you from indy to noblesville ?|130761

I don_t drive and would come into the Amtrak station if that is of any help.

  • Not that I know of and I live in Westfield which is just 7 miles from Noblesville. Your best bet would probably be to find a way to the Carmel Meijer store and take the IndyGo bus down to Indy. I don_t know if the bus to and from Fishers is still running or not. If you check IndyGo_s website (IndyGo.net), they will have more information. Good luck!

  • Noblesvill is a small farming community 27 miles north if Indy. I cannot find any bus line that serves that community.

  • I woud try a cab because u r not going very far ...I think greyhound is 69 bucks one way no matter where u r going

  • check greyhound.com
