What is the best neighborhood to live in and around Colorado Springs?|107781

I am set to relocate to Ft. Carson in Aug. 2010. When I moved to Fayetteville, NC I ended up in a not so nice area. I would like to get it right this time. I am looking for a nice and SAFE area to live. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks!

  • OH! About 15 minutes outside of Colorado Springs is a town called Manitou Springs. Its amazing. Its a little town with a TON of character and wonder, friendly people. I adore it.
  • Where to get the best rates for a trip to Orlando?|160028

I need a good package for 4 people going to Universal Studios Orlando. 3 adults and a 12 year old. From Ft.Worth TX.

  • Well, I_m not sure if your looking for a hotel and flights or either or.. so I will do both for you.

Flying from Ft. Worth, I would fly Southwest. They are based out of Texas and have very cheap flights. It will cost around 1200$ for 3 of you to fly on Southwest, both ways.I chose dates in the middle of May, because you didn_t specify where you were going.

For Hotels, I put you right on International Drive, because you said you are going to Universal. This would put you central to Universal, Sea World and Aquatica. Also, Wet and Wild, Premium Outlets and tons of food and other attractions. I chose the Holiday Inn Express and got rates for about $60.00 a night. Going in an off season will save you money rather than going in a prime season like March Break, Christmas, Last half of May - August.

Hopefully this helps you a bit. If not, try sites like www.expedia.com and www.travelocity.com . They are discount sites that are trusted and usually get pretty good deals.
    Have a great vacation!

  • Try Southwest and Jet Blue, in that order.

  • What is the most popular beach in California?|169661

My friend is traveling to CA for the summer, and they were wondering what were the most popular beaches in the Los Angeles area?

  • santa monica, long beach, venice, malibu.

Also it depends on what they wish to do?

Walking on the beach: laugna, long beach, Newport

For some fun: Santa monica(peir and downtown SM for food ect)

    Venice: street art

    Surfing: anywhere

  • If by popular you mean with the most people then it is what I call the Santa Monica/Venice Beach, which I just think of as one long gigantic beach, especially if it crowded, like on the weekends. I know they are theoretically separate beaches, but some days it_s hard to tell that...it just goes on and on and on forever....

Venice Beach is skid row by the water.

  • Probably Laguna or any beach in OC just because of the stupid *** TV shows. Any popular beaches are filled with tourists. God they annoy me. Yes I do mind, I don_t want to take a fuking picture of your stupid family.

  • Venice...hands down. The best know, most visited, most interesting. From locals to out of towners to foreign visitors, you will see them all. Known worldwide.

  • I would so totally go to Long Beach, it_s beautiful and has lots of shells if your the collecting type of person!

  • Santa Monica, CA

  • Laguna ?
