  • How to get to oceancity from salisbury airport?|155556

I live in louisiana and want to go to ocean city, the most convenient route i found out was louisiana- philadelphia airport- Salisbury airport- Ocean city. But, i don_t know what to do when i get off at salisbury? I would appreciate other routes as well.

  • Take a cab to downtown Salisbury and catch the Greyhound from Salisbury to Ocean City.

Or you could fly into Baltimore instead of Philly, take the train into downtown, and catch a Greyhound bus directly from there.

  • You would rent a car and get on Route 50 East. You are not very far from Ocean City and Rt. 50 goes right straight to it. Why come from Louisiana to Ocean City, MD, seems like lots of other places a lot more interesting to see the Atlantic.
  • How can I be a part of feeding the homeless on Thanksgiving in NYC?|106736

I want to help and be a part of feeding the homeless. Where do I go? What can I do?

  • There are many organization in NYC that you can contact, who will take volunteers for Thanksgiving. The link below is the websites for some of the organization.

    Good luck

  • It_s nice that you want to help, but most organizations have more volunteers than they know what to do with on Thanksgiving and Christmas days. It_s all the other days that they really need help.
  • How many people have been to Medieval Times in Dallas,Tx and was it worth all its worked up to be?|182764

I want to take my husband for our 2 year anniversary I would like to know about how much $$ will be spent for the Dinner and the Show, on an average$$ amount and if its worth it to go? Only answer if you_ve been there and seen the show . Serious Answers only please.

  • I have not been there, but I have heard that the food is not very good, no utensils, and a very strong odor from the horses.

  • $59.10 Per adult.
It looks like it could be fun. See this Website.

  • $50.95 per person, for $10 more you can get preferred seating, Knights cheering banner, Medieval Times souvenir DVD, and commemorative program for each member of the party. I haven_t been in several years, but it_s really fun. The food_s just OK, you go for the show.

  • I thought it was fun but not something I would do again. I agree it is more fun for kids. Just another eating experience for me. Try the Melting Pot, can be romantic for the two of you or even the Mansion on Turtle Creek for your special occasion.

  • My wife and I went quite a while back, it was worth the money spent. I can_t remember exactly how much it cost, but pretty sure it was under 100.00 for everything including souviners.
The show was different, and something you don_t see everyday. The food and drink were good. We both enjoyed it.

  • I have been and I did see the show, but I did not pay. My boyfriend, his 10 y/o daughter and myself went. It was very entertaining...but I honestly think I enjoyed b/s his daughter enjoyed it so much. The food is good ( you eat with your hands) and there is a lot of auidence participation. The horses are beautiful...but if you want a nice anniversary night out...check out this restaruant called Catalina in Uptown area of Dallas. Very nice, romantic, with a excellent wine selection..just my 2 cents. Congrats on your anniversary.

  • You can do better for an anni but Medieval Times is great fun. If you want some sort of theme resturant for your anniversary Magic Time Machine might be a better choice. At least you can hear each other talk. Medival times is pretty loud most of the time.

  • I have been to the one in chicago and it was a good time. We spent about $65 (several years ago). Recommend going at least once.

  • Look around for discounts, there are a bunch out there for that place. The food is ok nothing special, but I really liked the show.

  • Oh please! This is going to be your anniversary celebration? This place is just a joke!

Look in the Friday entertainment section of the Dallas Morning News _ go someplace nice instead.

  • I went five years ago...it is totally for children. There is jousting, and the audience is assigned a _knight_ to cheer on. A great place to take kids...but, not really anniversary place for adults.

I don_t really remember the price...but, the food was limited...had a very limited choice of two meats....the side dishes were cold...and of course everything was served on metal plates.

I don_t think people go there for the food...they go for the entertainment.

Why not go to a comedy club....like the one in Addison...they have dinner and a show....definitely more for adults....or, just go to a nice dinner, and then home for a little romance?

  • I can_t believe you never asked me... I took Doug last year for his birthday it was fantastic. we had a ball I have a DVD if you want to see some picture it is a little costly but well worth it...Love Aunt B
