What is the best time to go on a cruise from la to canada?|154821

i_m from la and have been on many cruises before, but what is the best time to go to canada?

  • i live in Canada and if you are cruising on a cruise ship then summer, late sping or early fall is best. but if by cruise you mean travel to it all depends on what you want to do here. as far as scenery and night life there are advantages to all of the seasons. however if there is a particular activity you want to do than that type thing is season and weather dependent.
  • How much is it to get ride the Rides at the lenawee county fair?|165252

I am new to lenawee county this year and would love to go to the fair. How much is it to ride the rides? Is there a day they do the wrist bands and how much is that?

  • If you_re talking Michigan, here_s their web site:

    http://www.lenfair.com/

My web browser doesn_t have all the necessary plug-ins, so I wasn_t able to determine if they had any ride specials. At many events that have ride specials, they usually tell you how much it costs for unlimited rides but don_t tell you the normal cost for rides, which seems to be getting more expensive all the time. In the Upstate NY area, one of the more expensive rides is a tall slide, and can cost up to $4! If I had one of those slides, I could make a lot of money, even if I charged $2. Sheesh. They don_t cost much, require little maintenance, and don_t cost much to operate.

  • What are some fun things for teens to do in Seattle after 10pm?|119667

My schools homecoming is in Seattle this year on Saturday night. Homecoming ends at about 10pm and we wanna do something in Seattle afterwords but weren_t sure whats open and fun for 15-18 year olds to do.

Any ideas? Please and Thank u =] Oh! And preferably something not expensive.

  • For a big city, we really do not have much of a night life for people under 21. I guess your group could always go to Seattle Center or up to Broadway. I don_t know of any Clubs under 21.

  • Try Club One3one, it_s about 15 dollars I think. 16+ and an Id not a school Id.

    or maybe...

try going to a Bowling Alley, for Cosmic Bowling That_s really fun :)
I believe the carnival at the Seattle Center is still open maybe go on the Ferris wheel?
  • What are people wearing in Texas at this time of year?|169238

I am traveling to the Dallas area tomorrow and the weather is very different from NYC. Do I need a jacket? Is a dress and leggings and boots good enough?

  • Bring everything, the weather can change at any second. Can be hot one day and freezing the next.

  • Dress as though it were late fall in New York. The mornings are coldish around 32. In the afternoon it can get as warm as 78. I don_t think that will happen tomorrow though.

  • Layers, layers, layers.
It can go from 83 to near freezing in 24 hours! (3 January-4 January 2009).

  • bring a jacket.. some days it can get to 32 F
  • Can you walk from the bus station to the campus of Indiana University Pennsylvania?|118246

I think that the bus station is at 1176 Grant Street or maybe University Square One, but I_mhaving a hard time finding the address. And I think it might be walkable to the campus, but I_m not sure.

  • ~What bus station are you looking for? If it is Grant Street, it is definately within walking distance.
  • What is the best way to travel via public transit from Manalapan, NJ to The Natural History Museam in NYC?|130660

Taking my family to the museam; we are very new to the area. We have a car but don_t want to drive into the city - would rather take a train or bus or something. Can we drive to a train station in or near Manalapan, NJ and get all the way in to the city?

  • You will have to take New Jersey Transit into NYC then take the train! useful websites are www.njtransit.com and www.mta.com. Once you know where you are getting off on the NJ Transit you will know where to catch your next train..Have a wonderful experience...There is alot to see and do @ the museum.
