  • I just got married at the Venetian hotel in February , and you couldn_t ask for a more romantic, beautiful hotel. The staff is amazing and they make you feel like royalty! The gondolas and shopping, you could just sit there for hours and just enjoy each others company!

  • If you can afford it, the Venetian.
    Budget, Imperial Palace.

  • MGM Grand Hotel

  • Sky, the only place to stay for the occasion is The Hotel at Manadalay Bay. The Hotel is owned by Mandalay Bay, but it_s pretty much its own place. The rooms are so incredibly nice you guys won_t want to leave. Also, there_s no casino in this hotel so it_s nice and quite and it_s only a two minute walk through the lobby into Mandalay Bay. Believe me, you guys will love this place.

  • Treasure Island is nice, it_s not too expensive _ not as hectic as some of the others.

It_s also in a pretty good location on the Strip

  • I liked the Excalibur a lot

  • We loved the NY, NY. We_ve only been once so I do not have much to compare it to but we thought it was great.

  • Congrats! You will get the best deals going on-line and getting a travel package (airline, car and hotel) before you purchase, you can look that hotel up on-line and they have a list of the amenities and pics. I travel for a living and that is how I do it.

  • The Paris is wonderful! It is connected to Bally_s, so you have shopping malls all the way from the far end of the Paris through Bally_s. The Paris is full of wonderful Parisian little cafes and is just beautiful to see. The fact that this one is connected to Bally_s is great for me, as Bally_s seems to have easier playing slots than the Paris.
  • What are good places to vacation in the United States?|105246

My family and I have a timeshare and are trying to decided where to vacation. We wanted to go to Hawaii but decided to do that in 2 more years. We have been To florida, georgia,New york and live in california so we want something entirely new =)

  • Branson, Missouri has lots of timeshares. And you could probably trade real easy.

Silver Dollar City is a great place to go, and there are more music shows than you can shake a fist at. : )

  • I hear Hawaii is awesome! I_m going to try and vacation there next year.

Have you looked into Arizona? Grand Canyon, Spring Training if your into Pro Baseball (Scottsdale), Sedona is beautiful high desert with red mountains where artists live and some celebrities.

tenzing t had a good idea. An Alaskan cruise would be cool. My Dad _ Step Mother did that this year and loved it. It was beautiful they said and they would like to visit again.

  • Outer Banks, North Carolina

  • michigan_s upper peninsula

  • i recommend you alaska cause winter is coming up so you could skate. i hope u like my idea..
  • Straight after graduation rom medical school, what are your prospects for emmigration to the USA from the UK?|170281

What about after you have received full registration? Is it better to go before full registration or after? I have always had a burning ambition to go somewhere like Alaska, i think the drama of the scenery is awe inspiring and would love to go somewhere like that, either there or around the Rockies, either in America or Canada. How hard is will it be to emmigrate to Canada?

  • See website below. it is loooong , complicated process. it would be very helpful if you could find a British physician who has emmigrated to the u.S. and learn his/her experience. If you want to enter the U.S. immediately after graduating from med school, would you be looking for a residency program in the U.S.? I know nothing about this, but I know there ARE many foreign doctors in U.S. residency programs. Could your school help you learn how to apply for these programs? See web2nd site below to see if there are any articles there that could help you.

  • Hospitals in Alaska are always understaffed and looking for physicians and nurses. Maybe on of their HR departments are willing to help you.

  • Have your credentials in your pocket when you arrive.

  • Your best prospect is to apply for a postdocteral research fellowship. These pay very little, but they get you a visa for a few years. These fellowships are not managed nationally ... every institution has its own.

Perminant residency is very difficult, even with a medical degree.

You cannot practice medicine in the US with your medical degree. You would first need to pass a series of exams, then apply for a residency here.
  • How do you get to the wild animal park from Pacific Inn and Suites ?|167793

We are travelling from Australia and won_t have a car.How will we get to the park?We are staying at Pacific Inn and Suites 1655 Pacific Hwy.Thanks

  • Undoubtedly your best option would be to rent a car for the day if you can. Assuming there are more than 2 of you, it would be far cheaper than any other option and give you the most flexibility. The tour service Jit links you to charges $53 per person, but that includes the admission fee ($28 adult, $17.50 kids 3-11) and round trip transportation, so it_s really not too bad as long as there aren_t too many of you. Another option is one of the local shuttle services. I_d recommend Xpress shuttle, because I know they have 2 for 1 and family rates. Usually their prices are for a one way shuttle, so you might want to check with them about a round trip package. Their website is at www.xpressshuttle.com, but I_d call them directly at 1 800 900-7433 since their website has no specific information on package deals.
