What is the best form of transport to travel from one end of Sunset Strip to the other?|170302

I_m going on holiday to Los Angeles and plan on going to the The Strip on most evenings. I just want to know how to get from the Metro end of the street to the other without walking or driving as I_ll be drinking!

There is a bus. I forget the route number, but you should see it. It_s a crowded area and the bus comes quite frequently.

A taxi is your only option. You don_t want to ride on the bus if you_ve been drinking. You would be risking being arrested for Public Intoxication.

The Sears Tower is just the tallest building in the country. You travel up about 95 levels to get to the top. Once there, it_s an amazing view. You can get things from the gift store, and you can get anything if you bring money. Have fun!

i recently went to the sears tower and if you want to go all the way to the top(the 100th floor) to you can pay like $9.00 and they take you up there. When your up there there_s a gift shop. you can stay as long as you want.

You can_t really plan how much the taxi is going to cost...it_s by miles and time...the amount of time spent sitting still in traffic costs, too.

And...YOU know how to use the computer...get on one of the travel sites, and find an air ticket.

When is the best time to visit the Florida Keys and which Florida Key do you recommend staying in?|193502

What is there to do in that key? Does anyone know any vacation houses or any websites for renting vacation houses down there?

All of the keys have plenty of things to do and they are all beautiful in their own way. If you are looking for more of a party scene, I would check out Key West. They have the Duval crawl which is bar hopping along Duval Street with a bunch of other vacationers and locals. They also have places you can rent bikes for pretty cheap and cruise around the entire key. The snorkeling down there is awesome as well and you can find a cruise that will take you out to a reef to jump in and snorkel and then they take you to a barrier island where you get off the boat and hop in a kayak. It_s awesome and the people are super nice. If you_re looking for something a little more laid back, I would say Key Largo or Marathon. You can always check out www.VRBO.com for rentals in the area. All of the keys are beautiful, it just depends where you want to go and what you are looking to do. You can snorkel and do all water sports in all of them, but if you are looking for a night life, Key West is the most hopping place. I always use this site when looking for rentals

In fact, I used it when we went to Key West back in October and the house was pretty nice and only a few blocks away from Duval St.

If you like fishing or scuba diving stay in Islamorada, for touristy stuff Key West would be a better bet. Anytime is good, just avoid the hurricanes.
