How is it to live in Lakeland Florida?|141756

Im planning on moving there next year and i wanted to know everything possible on how it is to live there?? Whats the best area to live ( im a middle class person) , Im a teacher so i wanted to know what_s the best schools are ( elementary) ?

Lakeland is nice. My mom works for the school board in the county offices, she loves it. She started out working in an elementary school.

I love Lakeland. I have lived here my entire life (25 years). Both ends of Lakeland are booming - tons of growth. You also have Tampa and Orlando on either side for things to do. I am an elementary music teacher in south Lakeland. There are a lot of good elementary schools in Lakeland. If you go to the school board_s website - www.polk-fl.net - and look at schools, you can see all the schools, where they are located in the county, what school grade they got (this year_s haven_t been posted yet), and jobs.
