I am 13 years old and wanted to know how old you have to be to go flight school in chicago?

You have to be at least old enough to become licensed as a private pilot! If you can find a private instructor to teach you, that would be fine, but you are too young to _solo_ and too young for a license. Until you are old enough, you can fly with an instructor, but never alone and never as pilot-in-command. When I was first licensed the minimum age was 16, but it may have gone up since then. Call the flight school and ask!
