What are the best clubs and bars to go out in Tampa Bay area?|152092

I am going to Tampa Bay this week with a bunch of friends we are all in our mid twenties where are the best nightlife spots?

Definitely go to Ybor City...they close the streets at night and you have MANY clubs to choose from...I_ve never had a bad time there. Have fun :)
