I need a group of 200 people to travel from Miami to Atlanta on June of 2009? I tried to charter a plane and motor coaches but they are expensive is it possible to rent a train?
You can rule out Amtrak. The only train route they operate that stops in Atlanta goes from Washington to New Orleans, and doesn_t otherwise connect with a train to Miami.
I don_t think you want your guests to first travel up to the northeast before being able to travel to Atlanta.
Typically, the least expensive option is a bus. You may want to shop around a bit with various bus charter companies and see if you can get a better quote.Contact Amtrack and Let them know you will be a large group traveling together. They will be helpful.
