How much sunshine do Anchorage and Fairbanks see in a year?|181197

How many days of sunshine to anchorage and fairbanks see in a year?

  • Anchorage and Fairbanks see the sun every day of the year since they are below the Arctic Circle. Only above the Arctic Circle are there days in the winter with no sun. See the link below for more details on Alaska daylight.

  • In Anchorage there is sunlight every day and i believe it is the same for fairbanks. In winter, the sun doesnt rise till late morning and it sets later in the afternoon, depending on what the time year it is. In the summer the sun is up most of the day
