What cheap things can we do in Chicago on a rainy summer day?|140752

My friends and I are on summer break and the weather in chicago has been pretty lame. We want to do something fun but everything is too expensive or the weather wont permit us to enjoy anything. Does anyone have any ideas of what we can do?

haha well go out window shop :) you will met some people there is always a party going

try going to the north side to a few bar/clubs
some placeses give out free pizza and drinks idk it depends on what you like

look up 190 North its a local tv show they always have something fun and non expensive haha

The Chicago Public Library has free passes to the museums. Water Tower Place and Chicago Place are fun to shop in on rainy days.
