Where in southern California can I find some old abandoned buildings?|176891

I live in Orange Country, so somewhere generally in that area, I don_t mind driving but closer would be better. I_m looking for someone places I could do photoshoots in and easily gain entry into.

Go to riverside county lot of empty streets empty homes. Businesses, go to LA as well. There are some shuttered business in Apple Valley in the high desert.
