What is a fun place you can ride to on a ferry from Seattle?|105957

My boyfriend and I want to take a ferry ride from Seattle, but we aren_t bringing a car. We_d like to go hiking, or we can bring our bikes and go on a bike ride. So basically the question is whether there is a good place for hiking or bike riding within walking/biking distance of a ferry terminal served by ferries coming from Seattle. I_ve seen the route maps, but I don_t know what_s located on the islands where the ferries will take us.

There_s a few of them, i_ve only been to 2 locations-Bremerton _ Bainbridge...I enjoyed Bremerton better coz when you get off the ferry terminal there it_s not crowded like Seattle_s...It_s a quiet area and quaint places to eat

Bainbridge ferry = a very cool and inexpensive way to spend a little time on Puget Sound.
