What are the best places to live around Charlotte North Carolina?|133012

We might be moving here and don_t know the area that well we are actually wanting something that is about 50 miles out of Charlotte more of a country setting then a city setting if that helps!

If you could list me some area_s that would really be helpful ?

North of Charlotte in and around Davidson (home to Davidson College) is nice, but perhaps not nearly as rural as you wish

there are parts of Union, Cabarrus, Rowan, Stanly, Lincoln,Iredell, Rutherford counties that are still very rural. check them out.
