How to get a north carolina drivers permit if i live in south carolina?|181691

hey i live in south carolina but i got to school in north carolina i want a north carolina drivers permit and drivers license so i can get a in state price for colleges. i have family in nc and like i said i go up there every day for school. so any help would be great thanks!!

You will need proof of residence in the state. Just a driver_s license might work but most colleges require a year_s residence to qualify for in state tuition. Here_s a link:
