What areas in Los Angeles are the most dangerous to live in?|122518

I planning on moving to L.A in the next two years and i want to live in the _good_ or _nice_ part of L.A because i hear about a lot of shootings, gang violence and racially motivated killings in certain parts of L.A i just don_t know which parts they are .i know that every city/county has crime and violence but some places have it more than others.

Seriously, some areas of compton are very bad. but other area are very nice people don_t realize that some area of compton are very expensive and have nice big singlehome lotss and wide streets.

The worst areas of los angeles is the majority of the ares running along the 110 freeway. the areas that are actually part of the city of los angeles places like (willowbrook, watts, athens, mt washington, cypress park, vermont harbor)

95% of greater LA is safe. You can tell the dangerous areas as soon as you drive into one. They are the ones where people have bars on their home windows. Specially the areas where they also bar the second floor windows.

The rest of greater LA is fine.

Boyz N Da Hood is not really a legit documentary and NatGeo only does these specials for money.

Plus, all you need to do is believe these documentaries to know where the bad areas are. You can be a resident of Kokomo, Indiana and even know what they are.

It_s not too hard to figure out. Most of the news is made down in South LA, Compton, and Boyle Heights.

Not that you need to worry about that right now... Just make sure your resume shines, and that you have a lot of cash and experience when you do get here.

compton is terrible, east LA...any place in/near those cities.
compton has tons of shootings/gang violence...
good areas are La Verne, San Marino, Pasadena...very expensive though.
