When is the best time to visit Las Vegas?|136006

We want to visit Las Vegas sometime next year. When is the best time to try and go? We are more interested in the lowest prices than with weather (we all grew up in California and are used to 105 degree weather durring heat waves and very cold weather as well). Any advice you can offer would be great! Thanks!

October-November is a very good time to go to Vegas because the weather is much nicer at that time.
hotel rooms are cheaper during the week...i wanna say sunday-thursday. u can stay at a really nice hotel for like $150 a night during the week(on the strip), and end up paying $500 a night in the SAME hotel, but pay more because u went during the weekend. so hotels are cheaper during the week. we did the mistake of going during the weekend.
i grew up in California too, and Vegas_s weather will top Cali_s anyday!!! i came back from Vegas and we were still out on the strip around midnight and it was still hot outside. and it went up to 115, 118 outside...my mom_s friend had suggested to us, to rest during the day(when it_s REALLY hot outside), and go out at night, when it_s a bit cooler, and plus, Vegas looks prettier at night.

Generally, Las Vegas is much cheaper and less crowded durring the week. Seasonally, February through May seems to be busiest, with the covention season, NCAA basketball tourney betting and Spring Break. The week before Christmas is often pretty quiet, but it quickly gets busiier, with famously fully streets at New Years.

The prices in Vegas do not seem to go by a season. We have found that the best time to go is Monday thru Thurs. I believe that most of the shows are dark on Mondays and most package deals are for 3 day weekends (Fri.--Sun.).

Go around Christmas time during the week (Sun to Thursday) for the best hotel rates.

One of the least expensive times to visit, and least crowded is the time between the end of Thanksgiving and Christmas. I like the weather best in September. We have also gotten great deals in April. Summers seem to be most expensive. I_ve been about 13 or 14 times...all times of year. You just never know when you are going to find a deal. I think u need to check the weather channel website. It is so hot and I am in Kansas. The heat index was 111 so it must be very hot there. I would wait till it cooled off.

Anytime except summer because it is soooo hot. I recommend September.

The cheapest time is August and even better Thanksgiving and Christmas.
