What are some good Vacation spots in the United States?|112310

Hi, i live in South Florida and i am looking forward to going on vacation this summer but i am not sure where. What are some nice places to go on vacation such as beaches, resorts, etc. I am looking towards some place out of Florida to go on vacation. Thanks

Also im bringing my family with me. (3 kids)

  • Myrtle Beach SC. or if fancy resorts are more your speed and you have the money to spend on them then go to Hilton Head Island. If you love golf either place will be great. Myrtle Beach has a lot of kid friendly things like the family kingdom amuseument park, alligator adventure, children_s musem of SC, Ripley_s aquarium, Ripley_s believe it or not, thousands of places to play putt-putt, para sailing, nascar cafe, planet hollywood, hard rock cafe, house of blues....the list goes on and on. Both places have nice resorts but you can go to m.b. on almost any budget. I say stay in a nice resort on the beach most of them have 2-3pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs....and much more. I hope you have lots of fun!

  • I think you should check out Bar Harbor, Maine. This is a beautiful place located on the Maine coast. The region is surrounded by mountains and is very beautiful. The beaches are somewhat rocky with steep cliffs. Such a beautiful place!!! It may be a nice break from the Florida heat.

Also the Rocky Mountains are a wonderful place to take a family on vacation. There are several places that rent cabins with spectacular views and hot tubs. The wild life viewing and the hiking is amazing.

  • You can visit Arizona but depending in which month you travel it can get very hot (especially in Aug) but there are tons of activities to do! You can visit the grand canyon, stay in a cabin in Sedona, AZ. Hike the rim, or stay at one of our luxury resorts! There are several in Tucson and Phoenix Arizona where the rich and famous like to stay.

  • Williamsburg, Va.
    Newburyport, Mass.
    The Canadian Rockies
    Scandinavia
    London
    Hong Kong
    Gatlinburg, Tenn.
    Lucerne, Switzerland
    Munich, Germany
