What happens if u accidentally go in the Epass lane for the tolls, and dont pay your toll?|190039

My dad this on our way back from Orlando today. Do they take points from your license? How big is the fine?

  • If this is the first time you will usually just get a warning in the mail.

  • it snaps a pic of ur plates and you will be getting a fine in the mail. It wont put points on ur license because they won_t know who is driving. The owner of the car will be the one getting the ticket. It usually is around 100 dollars I think. If you do have an epass and it was just not in the car or something and it is registered to that car, they will just deduct money from your epass account

  • if anything they would put points on your license not take points away. (you don_t want points on your license). but no they wouldn_t do that.

they take a pic of your car and look up your info from your license plate and send you a bill.
the bill will be for the amount of the toll plus an added charge for not paying in the first place.

  • We visited there not to long ago ran the toll cause we did not have exact change and none of the lanes that give you change was open so we got a warning in the mail and it also suggested we buy an e-pass transponder.

  • Have him check the state website, he may be able to pay online. I am not from the area, so I don_t know if they do it there, but some states will just allow you to look yourself up online and pay there.

  • They take a picture of your license plate. If you run the tolls more than 3 times in a month they will send you a bill in the mail for the tolls. Habitual toll runners are also fined.

  • They fine you .

  • there_s a camera that takes your plate number, expect a ticket by mail soon ;)
