from the oakland airport, you have to take a transfer bus to the BART station, then take a colma or SFairport train to SF.
from SF take a fremont or dublin/pleasanton train and get off at the oakland coliseum station, then take the shuttle bus back to the oakland airport.
you need worry about the bridge only if you are driving, and if you are, other bridges will be open.
However, I looked it up, and this seems to be true:

Seismic Safety Project: This website is designed to offer a window into the historic work being done on the Bay BridgeC from the retrofitting of the original West Span, to the demolition and replacement of the West Approach, to the construction of the new Skyway and dramatic single tower Self-Anchored Suspension (SAS) span
Wonders must be ceasing...
Why would BART be affected by any Bay Bridge closures? It_s not a bus, you know.
BART is a subway system, the trains travel *under* the bay. The Bay Bridge is a freeway, it_s a roadway *over* the bay. The closure of one does not affect the other at all.
BART will continue to operate as normal. This includes service from Oakland Airport. The only difference is BART will be more crowded than usual because the motorists will park in the suburbs and take the train into the city.
