What is a great vacation spot for me to visit alone?|115572

I am a 23 year-old woman looking for a quick escape (somewhere in the U.S.) where I might be able to relax, have a bit of fun, and possibly meet a few interesting people. Anyone have any suggestions?

I_m going to throw out a couple since I_m not sure if you have a geographical preference.

San Diego is a great city - there_s a beach, good nightlife, and there_s a lot of interesting things to see and do. Plus you can never beat the weather there.

Charleston, South Carolina is also really nice. Great restaurants, good nightlife, and lots of history and historical things to do. There_s Tybee Island about 20 miles away if you want to get to a beach and relax.

Washington DC is also a great place to spend for a vacation. Lots of free great attractions, good restaurants and nightlife, and lots of options for what to see/do.

Places like Vegas have good deals for weekend getaways, and there_s always something to do there.
You could also go to one of the US Virgin Islands (no passport required).

Huntington Beach CA. You can_t beat it...Relax on the beach and have as much or as little fun as you like..
