What are some good cities to to move to and raise a family ?|179800

Me and my wife have been debating where to move.. We are currently in Chicago in a very nice area but the taxes here are the highest in the country.. We were looking at somewhere where the beach is near and that it is always warm... I currently have a online business but also would want to find a second job where ever we move.. What are some good cities with low crime good schools and a steady job market ??
Any suggestions..

san diego county if you can afford it.... warm all the time very safe for kids and ofcourse right next to the beach, might want to try north county
