How is the weather in New York end of January?|150454

Im planning my trip to go end of January and beginning February for 9-10 days and I want to know what kind of clothing would be good to carry. Thanks!

very cold if no snow ,windy about 38 degreees

It_s cold, cold and cold.

all i can tell you is EXTREMELY cold. bring gloves, hats, umbrellas, snow boots, coats, sweaters, ear muffs (if you wear them), scarves, and anything you would wear in the cold. sometimes it snows, or sometimes it_s just downright FREEZING. don_t bother bringing skirts (if you have to, bring heavy stockings), _ if you bring short sleeves, make sure to wear it with a hoodie (that_s what i do.) flats, flipflops, sandals anything exposing your feet is a no-no [= just bring sneakers _ boots. also, bring those long-john socks if you have any. hope you enjoy your stay _ stay warm :)
