I recently turned 19 and now have no doctor, as i was treated at the pediatrics clinic previously. Are there any good doctors in the area?

Why not try a medical service provider? They can provide you some very good internist. One of such medical provider as far as I know in Oregon is Elitehealth. They have a branch there. Just find it on their site: www.elitehealth.com
