Suggestions for an affordable charter boat from angel island to San Francisco?|113379

We are having a birthday party on Angel island and have a picnic spot reserved until 9PM. It looks like the last ferry leaves at 4:30, so I was hoping we could hire a boat to take us home sometime around sunset and spend a little extra time on the island. There are lots of charter services, but they all appear to be package deals including food and drinks - we just want a nice one way trip home.

You can contact big companies even Ferries if you like to pay $5000 or you can contact small boats in Fishman_s wharf for several hundreds, but Angle island is state park, you need to get permission.
