Why is the weather in Orlando, Florida has always been a bad weather since june thru july?|157635

I_m planning on going to Disney World since I booked it in May and I_m leaving next week on the 17th of July, But the weather there hasn_t even change yet and it been the same since june already. I_m more happy to see more sun than dark cloud and thunderstorm.

  • Its always like that every year. Its called Hurricaine season. Every year from the end of may/beginning of june till mid september it rains everyday. usually thunderstorms. They usually come around 3 in the afternoon and clear up by 5 or 6. but sometimes they dont come at all sometimes they come all day. Its hard to predict. The summer is definately not the best time to plan a vacation to orlando... you might be a little disappointed when u cant do everything you want to do. If you are dont let that discourage you from coming back... next time i suggest comming around october-november (hurricaine season is over, still warm and and sunny)

  • This is typical weather throughout much of the Southeast during June and July. The sun heats the ground all day, and the humidity rises. This causes upwellings of air. Cooler air comes in, clouds form, build into thunderheads, and, _BAM_, you get afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
These storms usually last 2-4 hours at worst. So, go ahead and plan to enjoy hot, sunny days at Disney World. Plan to drink LOTS of water!

  • Not sure what you are talking about. The weather in florida always the same in the summer, with a risk of storms. But the sun is out most of the time. Often times the afternoon is when a passing t-storm hits. It never lasts long, and ussualy cools things off a little.

  • its been raining everyday because its hurricane season. Theres nothing u can do about it, just make sure u bring a umbrella.

  • I grew up in Orlando. An old man once told me that the weather there has been like that ever since they started shooting rockets at the moon (!).
