What city should we move to in California?|190829

I need to find an area in Southern Cal that it good for raising our son. I need a city that is safe, good schools, diverse, and away from a lot of the pollution.
My husband and I are looking for a house and we want to stay there at least 15 years.

Check out Camarillo, California. It is a growing city about an hour away from LA and minutes from larger cities such as Oxnard and Ventura.

You choose the place to line in SoCal by where you work. Get a job here first then move to some place nearby. You new coworkers will be happy to advise you.

What you mention describes the Orange County area, with the exception of Santa Ana.

Anaheim California is a good place.

You definitely want to live in Orange County, if that would be convenient for your job. Irvine, Tustin, Orange, Anaheim Hills, Villa Park, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel .... basically from the middle of Orange County southward:) .....

Honestly, safe, good schools and away from pollution does not describe Southern California. Maybe Oregon or Washington State will give you all that.

you_re probably better off visiting before you move and check it out for yourself... if i were you id check out ventura county, stay away form los angeles or orange counties.
