Any ideas on which airport and hotel to use for an affordable Las Vegas Bachelorette party?|172247

I am researching for my upcoming Bachelorette party. We are considering April 8-11 of 2010 and I am trying to find the best prices possible for my girls. Any ideas on where to get my flight or which hotels have good deal, websites etc??? Please help I am getting google search overload. Thank you

  • The best way to get a great deal is to book them separately. For flights, check sites like Southwest airlines or US Airways. Also do a search on kayak engine. It will check all airlines going to Vegas and all major travel sites and return the cheapest fare.

For hotels, book directly from the hotels using their discount promo codes to get the maximum discounts. Here are a few codes.

  • There are only two places to look for airline tickets ... Southwest airlines and everywhere else. You will find the same price for the other airlines no matter what site you go to. The reason is they do not discount airline tickets to anyone so they are priced the same. Southwest does not share their ticket sales with anyone and the only way you can book with them is to go to their website.

Hotels are a different situation. Some larger websites can buy blocks of rooms at reduced prices and then they can dicker with the prices they charge. Here is a webpage to help you look for and compare prices so you can compare oranges to oranges and apples to apples.

You have to be careful with hotels that charge resort fees which will make their rooms more expensive than you think they are. Read the Resort Fee Scam page also.

  • Always look for hotel promotional codes that can save you a bundle of money of your hotel room, they also will usually offer free slot play, dining specials, and a ton of other great perks. Do not book airfare and hotel together, typically will not save you any money. I know of a great site that offers a list of hotels and their current promotional offers. Here is a direct link

    Have fun!!!

  • Try out local TV8 which has links www.lasvegasnow.com

  • It might help to tell us what airport you are leaving from.
