What town or city is in between McHenry and Naperville IL?|101995

My boyfriend and I were discussing colleges. He is currently a freshman in college and im a senior in high school. He goes to North Central and i will be going to McHenry County College. I know it_s kinda soon to be planning this stuff, but we like to think about the future. We eventually want to live together and we were wondering what towns are in between those two colleges.

They are about 48 miles from each other. Elgin appears to be close to 1/2 way. Zoom in on the map below for other towns. Dundee may be a good choice:

Have you considered the possibility of using a map to figure this out for yourself? It is really not that complicated.

I believe Crystal Lake, IL is in between those two.
