What is a fun but farely cheap place to visit on the east coast?|139130

I live in WV but can_t afford to go to West coast but would love to. I_ve visited NYC and loved it - I was thinking Boston but not sure.

Philadelphia...we have the liberty bell, betsy ross_s house, ben franklin_s house, loads of museums _ art galleries, shopping. Our suburbs have beautiful parks, William Penns house, Washintons Crossing.....the list goes on!
