How much should I charge to drive to a contract job that is 8hrs one way.?|112916

I work part-time as a pyrotech(set off fireworks) and I normally am paid about $100 to do a local show(less than 30m commute). What should I charge for driving to a show that is 8hr one way. Keep in mind the company is giving me a rental car and putting me in a hotel one night. Thanks for your help!

I think this will depend on how you do your billing. You will have decide how much compensation you need to have to spend that many hours for this job. Look at your total pay and see if it is worth it.
