Where is a nice place to take kids for New year in California?|121268

I have 2 teens and a 1 yr old. What is a nice place to take them in Ca? We are in Bay Area. Maybe some place with firework that I can see from the hotel since I have an 1 yr old and we can see it from the hotel? Maybe near a theme park?
