Can I take a Greyhound Bus from Toronto ON to Columbus OH?|115515

I am planning a trip in January to meet a friend and I am wondering if I can take the Greyhound to Columbus Ohio from Toronto or any other Greyhound station.

Yes, the 11 hour trip requires 2 transfers in Buffalo _ Cleveland.
Bus leaves Toronto @ 6:45 AM and arrives in Columbus @ 5:45 PM.
