Where is the safest place to move outside the USA for a 23 yr old female?|139438

I am looking to move somewhere in the Caribbean. I have been looking at Jamaica. My friend her 4 year old daughter and I are moving. Where would the safest place to move for us and start our life.

I think the Cayman Islands are relatively safe because it has a high standard of living and per capita income. Also, maybe some parts of Puerto Rico would be okay.
