I know about Millennium and Herbivore, but am looking for something different.

Green_s is one of the top vegetarian restaurants in the entire country, has won many awards. Amazing taste and presentation, and wholly vegetarian, you can request vegan for many dishes. It is in Fort Mason, on the water in the Marina District:
