When driving north on 294 into downtown chicago, what was the story behind the building with blood on the side|172968

I remember driving down 294 into chicago and if you look to your right there was a building with blood splattered right outside a window. The buliding was almost a khaki color. It was located right before the sox stadium. Anyone know where i can get info?
