Where can a single female safely go to party a little in San Diego?|151201

Preferably a place that there would be mostly other women or mostly just caters to women. I_m travelling there on business and want to go out for a bit for a couple drinks but not to a regular bar.

The Gaslamp has a lot of places to go party. I don_t know of any that specifically cater to women, but you won_t be putting your life in your hands if you go to The Bitter End or Stingaree. The Onyx Room is pretty laid back.
