What is it like living in Missoula, Mt, for a family of 3 (me, my husband, and our 17month old)?|158892

We are planning on moving to Missoula at tax time, and were wondering if the people are nice, liberal (we are a hispanic and white couple), and if there are any jobs to be had ( I am a server and bartender).
