How can a working visa holder in Canada from the philippines obtain a H2B (travel) visa to America?|148647

So my sister is a Philippine passport holder working in Alberta Canada on a working visa, and we want her to come to America to visit, is it possible for her to come to the USA through the H2B visa? How long is the process and how do we do it?

An H2B visa in the U.S. is NOT a visiting or tourist visa...it is a work visa and requires an employer to sponsor her and a contract for a job. If she simply wants to visit the U.S., she needs a B-2 tourist visa. See site below and follow instructions there. You , actually, can do nothing to help her.
