Inexpensive rental in Tampa for 11 days that is not too close to the beach?|190538

I have allergies near the water and I need a place to stay, cheap hotel, etc, for 11 days. I will work in Highland Oaks which I think is near Brandon, but near downtown Tampa would be fine.
