What did the old Avalon/Axis turn into? Tequila rain and Taboo?

They are turning the old Avalon, Embassy, and Axis into a House of Blues. Tequila Rain is there too, but it_s not the old Avalon. It_s next to it. It_s not bad. There are other better options, but give it a try. There_s also Jake Ivory_s (piano bar), Jillian_s, and Bill_s Bar (horrible!) right next to it.
