We stayed in Chinatown called Hotel 91, it was about 125 a night. A little noisy at night due to subway, but at least it_s clean and 5 mins ride from Time Sq.

US$150 per night but it all depends what time of the year you plan to come.

Between September and January, that price may not cut it unless they do not provide a lot of amenties for the room.
