How long would it take on the Metro from Thousand Oaks to San Diego?|186504

Any info on how the metro works and changing at stations would be helpful.

You cannot take the Metro from Thousand Oaks to San Diego because the Metro does not go to San Diego.

You will have to take the Metro to Oceanside which is the end of the line and take the Coaster from Oceanside to San Diego.

Total trip should take about 3 1/2 hours

Another way to do it is to take the Metro from thousand oaks to downtown LA Union Station, then take Amtrak to San Diego.
