Im traveling to Atlanta from Midwest in February, what is the typical dress for business casual?|132202

I am attending a conference in downtown Atlanta the first week in February. We usually dress business casual at these conferences but I_ve never been to Atlanta and am unsure of what _business casual_ is in Atlanta. Also, what will the weather be?

Business casual usually equals slacks and a nice shirt. No cleavage. You can also go with a nice knee length black skirt and nice blouse.
without a suit jacket.

As for the weather. Usually in the winter is when we get all of our rain...and February is pretty chilly.
