I would like a one bedroom, that allows one dog, wahser/dryer hook ups and fitness center on site. Where is a good place to live? Where should I avoid?

Try some of the surrounding counties in the metro Atlanta area. You_ll be able to find more affordable housing there.

Downtown areas are high dollar.

Marietta, Ga. in Cobb County is a suburb of Atlanta and a nice place to live. The same could probably be said for Gwinnett Co. etc...
