Preferrably a place that_s not so crowded but not so isolated and have the lowest cost of living.

New England. VT or NH are 2 of the best kept secrets.

Colubmbia or Greenville, SC. Decent places, low cost of living. Nice areas, too. I_m looking at moving there myself in the next few years.
